PRICE PROTECTION POLICY

Enzolivea Price Lock Policy Terms and Conditions

Policy Overview:
The Enzolivea Price Lock Policy (“Policy”) ensures that customers who make a purchase and pay a deposit (“Customers”) are guaranteed the lowest price for their selected items from the time of the deposit payment until the delivery of the goods.

Eligibility:
This Policy is applicable to Customers who have paid a deposit for their order. The Policy is only valid for the specific items purchased and does not apply to different items or subsequent orders.

Price Lock Duration:
The Price Lock is effective from the date of the deposit payment and remains in effect until the delivery of the goods to the Customer.

Price Drop Refund:
If the purchase price of the goods decreases between the time of the deposit payment and the delivery, Enzolivea will provide a direct rebate to the Customer for the difference in price. This rebate will be applied directly to the final bill at the time of purchase.

Refund Process:
To claim a refund under this Policy, Customers must provide proof of the price drop. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment was made, unless otherwise specified by Enzolivea.

Exclusions:
This Policy does not apply to price reductions related to clearance sales, liquidation sales, special promotions, or discounts offered through loyalty programs.

Modification of Policy: 
Enzolivea reserves the right to modify or terminate this Policy at any time. However, any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed under the existing terms.

Limitation of Liability: 
Enzolivea’s liability under this Policy is limited to the refund of the price difference as stipulated. Enzolivea is not liable for any other losses or damages incurred by the Customer arising from the purchase and use of the goods.

Acceptance of Terms: 
By paying a deposit for goods from Enzolivea, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

LOCAL WARRANTY

Enzolivea Local Warranty and Genuine Parts Policy Terms and Conditions

Policy Overview:
The Enzolivea Local Warranty and Genuine Parts Policy (“Policy”) provides a warranty to customers (“Customers”) for products purchased from Enzolivea. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Period:
The warranty is valid for [Specify Duration **] from the date of delivery of the product to the Customer.

Coverage:
This warranty covers [List of items, components, or conditions covered by the warranty**].

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from [List of exclusions such as misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidents, etc.].

Genuine Parts:
Any replacement parts used under this warranty will be genuine parts sourced directly from Enzolivea or its authorized suppliers.

Inspection Service:
Upon receiving a complaint, Enzolivea’s customer support team will contact the Customer within 3 working days to verify the issue. Following verification, a technician will visit to inspect the product within 7 working days.

Solution Provision:
After the inspection, Enzolivea will provide a settlement or a solution to the Customer within 21 working days. Solutions may include repair, replacement, or other appropriate actions.

Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, Customers must contact Enzolivea’s customer service and provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Limitation of Liability:
Enzolivea’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or parts. Enzolivea is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Policy Modification:
Enzolivea reserves the right to modify the terms of this Policy at any time. However, any changes will not affect warranties already in effect.

Acceptance of Terms:
By purchasing a product from Enzolivea, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

BUYER CARE SOLUTION

Enzolivea Buyer Care Solution Terms and Conditions

Policy Overview:
The Enzolivea Buyer Care Solution (“Policy”) offers specialized maintenance services for leather and fabric sofas purchased from Enzolivea. This includes cleaning and polishing services for leather sofas, and deep cleaning and anti-bacterial treatment for fabric sofas.

Eligibility:
This Policy is exclusively available to customers (“Customers”) who have purchased their leather or fabric sofas directly from Enzolivea. Customers who purchase sofas with a total value exceeding RM 3000 are eligible for complimentary maintenance services as outlined below..

Service Description:

  • Leather Sofa Care:
    Includes professional cleaning and polishing of the leather surface.

  • Fabric Sofa Care:
    Involves deep cleaning of the fabric and application of an anti-bacterial treatment to ensure hygiene and longevity.

  • Service Frequency:
    For sofas purchased at a value exceeding RM 3000, Enzolivea will provide two complimentary maintenance services within the first year of purchase. Subsequent maintenance services can be scheduled as per standard policy terms, which may be subject to fees.

Scheduling Services:
Customers must schedule their maintenance service in advance. Appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Enzolivea’s customer service team.

Service Area Limitations:
The services are available only within Klang Valley.

Exclusions:
This Policy does not cover repairs or damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Additional Charges:
Any services required beyond the scope of the standard maintenance, including extensive repairs or stain removal, may incur additional charges.

Liability:
Enzolivea is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions of the sofa that may be exacerbated by the standard maintenance process.
